Real Estate Leads / Referrals -- Partnership Opportunities

GreatHomesUSA is seeking qualified real estate brokers and agents to service our leads in various cities.  We currently have a need for real estate teams in:

Dallas, Texas
Seattle, Washington
Houston, Texas
Atlanta, Georgia
San Antonio, Texas
Las Vegas, NV
Los Angeles, California
Portland, Oregon
Austin, Texas
Raleigh, NC

IQualifications:

  1. Exclusivity.  Each relationship is an exclusive for each city.

  2. Teams. We only partner with teams of real estate agents.  Brokers with several agent subcontractors are fine as well.

  3. Experience. Minimum of two years selling experience.  Documented success selling $3 million or more in residential real estate in two successive years.

  4. Technology. Each team must have a proven ability to use email and technology in their real estate practice.  Each team can expect to receive dozens of leads per day, many via email and some via phone.  Teams must have systems and processes in place to answer EVERY CALL and also to ANSWER EVERY EMAIL IN 3 HOURS OR LESS.

  5. Referral Commissions.  All teams will be required to  pay a 20% referral commission for each sale that results from a GreatHomesUSA lead

  6. Honest and Integrity.   Teams will be screened for honesty and integrity.  In many instances, GreatHomesUSA will not have the ability to police whether or not all sales are being reported.  However,  GreatHomesUSA does maintain a web-based lead reporting and web traffic system that all teams are required to use.   We match the site traffic counts from each city to the amount of sales generated by each team.  The resulting statistics allow GreatHomesUSA great insight as to the overall effectiveness of each team.  Teams that are not performing to expectations will be replaced with another team.

Expectations:

Our experience has shown that to be successful, teams will generally require:

  1. Two (2) admins / referral coordinators to handle web and phone leads from 8am - 8pm every day

  2. 5-7 full-time buyers agents that focus on separate areas of each city

  3. An additional network of referral agents for leads in the more rural areas

  4. Cell phones that are email capable

  5. An ability to sell between $1 and $4 million dollars per month in residential real estate as a results of the leads from this program.
